Standard Half Beef

Want to fill your deep freeze easily?  Our Standard Half beef is 210 pounds of meat, conveniently organized into 7 boxes.   Beautifully dry-aged goodness.  

These beef have lived their whole lives on our farm, rotationally grazed, and then finished well..  As a bonus, they were never given hormones or fed antibiotics.  USDA inspected.

 Beef Boxes (7) will include at least:

14 T-bones Steaks

12 Ribeye Steaks

7 Sirloin Steaks

7 packages Sirloin Tip Steak

14 Chuck Roasts 

2 Brisket

5 Other Roasts (Arm, Pikes Peak, Rump, English)

84 packages of lean ground beef--single-source

May include any of the above cuts to round out the box.

You will not receive any soup bones or organ meats.  These are available for purchase separately.
