Our chicken is pastured raised, moved daily to fresh grass, & then processed at Seifer Farms in Sutherland, NE. Fresh, never frozen. Not injected with up to 15% of broth or saltwater.


Most chickens are 4.5-5 lbs, however some are smaller or larger. We will not give you a chicken larger than 5 lbs without asking you first. If you would like a larger bird for roasting, please leave me a note in the comments.
